Hi everyone,

This Saturday, 7/23/2011, we will be going to Sequim to visit Olympic Game Farm and pick berries.

We will NOT have fellowship this Friday.

Schedule of that day

8:00: Arrive at Edmonds-Kingston ferry terminal. Take the 8:50am ferry
9:30: Arrive at Kingston’s Terminal
10:45: Arrive at Graysmarsh Farm U-Pick (6187 Woodcock Road, Sequim WA 98382)
12:45: Leave the farm for lunch (Picnic at a beach, maybe Dungeness Recreation Area)
14:30: Finish lunch
15:00: Arrive at Olympic game farm (1423 Ward Road, Sequim WA 98392)
17:00: Leave the farm for ferry back to Seattle
18:30: Arrive at Kingston ferry terminal
19:00: Take the ferry back to Edmonds
19:40: Arrive at Edmonds terminal

What you need to know

1. You have to bring a container for berry picking (container is not provided in the farm).

2. You need to prepare your lunch for picnic.

3. Each passenger will have to pay his/her driver $5 (USD) as gas reimbursement.

4. The entry fee for Olympic game farm is $12 (USD) per person

5. The ferry fee is around $13 (USD) per passenger. Your driver will give you the final cost on that.

6. Passengers please prepare enough CASH for the driver.

7. Each driver is responsible for collecting the money from his/her passenger.

8. We won't wait for anyone who is late. If you miss the ferry, then we will see you at the farm. (The ferry will leave the terminal at 8:50am. People who arrive at the terminal later than 8:10am may not be able to get on the 8:50am ferry.)

The deadline for signing up for the event is Thursday 12am.
