some interesting kuro kuro from A GOOGLE GROUPS..BUT THE QUESTION...THEY MAY HAVE THEM ALL..BUT WALA SILaNG ACCOUNT NA KAGAYA SAMSUNG...SUPER DOPAH HOT MGA EMPLAYADO!NYAHHAHAHA

 

 

Just a clarification with regards to the 2 most biggest call center in the
philippines I am referring to Convergy's and SYKES Asia. Some people say
their no.1 kasi yun ang bansag sa kanila dahil sa mas mataas sila mag pa
sweldo pero para sakin mas maganda ang company dahil hindi sa mas mataas
sila mag pa sweldo kung hindi dahil may stability ang company. I had nothing
against these companies pero as the facts say:


Eto nalang pag basehan ng ating mga Ka YP when it comes to call centers in
the philippines.


Who's the pioneer of call centers in the philippines? Who started this
bandwagon?
Answer is: SKYES Asia
I think the second one is E-Tellicare
hindi ko alam kung pang ilan ang convergy's


Who's Company is more secure or who has a stablitt when it comes in handling
outsource Accounts?
Answer is : SYKES Asia
FYI. nag pull out lahat ng AT&T accounts sa mga call center sa manila dahil
mas nakita ng clients na mas stable at mas maganda ang quality ng SYKES. eto
pa YAHOO is also outsourcing at SKYES Asia. Bythe end of 2008 all accounts
of SBC & Yahoo would be in the hands of SYKES ASIA bakit kanyo kasi nag
merge na ang YAHOO at AT&T so hindi malabo na mag exclusive narin sila sa
SYKES


Sinong company ang may mataas na benefits?
Answer is: SYKES Asia aanhin mo nga ang malaking sweldo kung malaki din ang
kaltas mo sa tax. Diba mas OK na sa benefits kasi non taxable yun. Ano sa
tingin nyo?


Dito naman kilala ang convergy's


Mataas silang magpasahod. Pero hindi sila mataas mag bigay ng benefits and
incentives. Palakasan system ang nangyayari sa Convergy's for you to be
promoted. "its whom you know kung baga" tsk tsk tsk.
Overworked ang personnel kasi nga mataas ang sweldo na minsan hindi na
worthed ang work and effort mo.


Eto pa sinong call center company ang malakas magbitaw ng tao kaya palaging
hiring
Answer is: CONVERGY'S and E-Tellicare hahaha "May satability bayan" tsk tsk
tsk


I said this kasi i have experience working with this two companies. Just for
you know wala na ko sa SYKES hindi ako Kiss Ass sorry for my french. eto
lang masasabi ko at tip ko sa mga job hunters ng call center Go for the
company na tingin nyo na worthed ang trabaho hindi dail sa malaki ang
sweldo. Dun kayo sa stable


i stayed in convergy's for a year and 6months and in sykes just for year
kasi umalis na ko ng pinas. dami kong nakasama na galing ng convergy's na
lumipat ng sykes hindi dahil sa sweldo kung hindi dahil may growth ang tao
at stability. Nabansagan lang ng hindi porket nabansagan ka ng no.1 call
center sa philippines eh maganda na ang working environment. Tignan nyong
maiigi benefits


Last one.
Sino ang nag papa raffle at namimigay ng Car every christmas. SYKES Asia
lang. isipin nyo minor prizes lang ang trip to hongkong+ pocket money at
kung saan saan pang beaches. Hindi pa kasama dyan yung mga cell phones at
kung ano ano pang gadge. nung time ko kasi pinamigay nila eh Honda Jazz at i
think last year eh Honda pa rin pero ibang model naman. Tax free.


Sykes appreciate the value of his employees hindi tulad ng iba na tama na
yung malaking sweldo fixed na natin yan ang lumalabas hay...


Peace po tayo corry po sa mga tatamaan. pero yan po ay proven facts.
tanongin nyo yung mga agents. Kasi iba naman ang kalagayan ng mga managers
kaya hindi nila alam ang pinag daraanan ng agents. Kaya ko nasabi to eh pag
nasa converfy's ka magbabago ka pag nasa taas ka na. May ere ika nga nila.
sa sykes di pwede yun pinepetition or ineempech ang ganung attitude.


yun lang po tabi tabi po taan wag magalit. try nyong mag compare were open
naman diba
eto benefits ng sykes pero kulang pa yan. Sila ang Meralco at San Miguel ng
callcenters may stability
