Is it possible to get mobile phone for free(like KTF show) and just
pay the service in every month?
I am living in suwon

Yeah you can visit any KTF / SK / T shop and ask for new cellphone
with new service. Generally they say that it is free but in actual it
is not free, because they will deduct the handset cost on monthly
basis from your bill, may be for initial couple of months.

If you visit the shop with existing service provider then it is
possible but generally salesmen deny to do so, because they get less
profit :).
