( Rhtymic patterns) ,Bhedas (Recitation and execution of movements of eyes, eyebrows, neck, head )

Batch 2 -for seniors

2.00pm to 6.00pm

Hasta Viniyoga (both Asamyutha and Samyutha) with sloka (recitation and execution)

Bhandavya Hasta, Devatha Hasta, Navagraha Hasta, Dashvatara hasta

Bedas-Mandala, Utplavana, Chari, Bramari

Who can learn?

- anyone with 1 year of dancing experience, junior /senior or preparing for senior/arrangetram. People can enrol for both junior and senior sessions
