Namaste everyone,
Hope you are enjoying this great weather.
I am sending you an audio link for Rama Sabdah - basically a Vibhakti Table containing the various forms of the word, Rama, in singular, dual and plural forms.
So, when I say,
रामः रामौ रामाः - one Rama, two Ramas and many Ramas respectively in the subject form.
रामं रामौ रामान् - dviteeyA vibhakti to indicate the object form of one Rama, two Ramas and many Ramas respectively.
रामेण रामाभ्यां रामैः - triteeyA vibhakti to indicate 'by' or 'with' one Rama, two Ramas and many Ramas respectively.
रामाय रामाभ्यां रामेभ्यः - chaturdhee vibhakti form to indicate 'for' Rama, two Ramas and many Ramas respectively.
The Sabda continues with the rest of the Vibhaktis --- you get idea.
We used the Panchamee, ShashThee, and Saptamee vibhaktis in the class several times, so, I took the liberty of recording the entire Vibhakti Table for the word, 'Rama'.
We will be sending you the Rama Sabdah shortly, but, listening to the audio frequently makes the learning less intimidating, I think. Make this Rama Sabdah your friend - it is good both for a good foundation in Sanskrit and spiritually too

You can make similar tables for the words, कृष्ण, गोविन्द, मुकुन्द, माधव, दामोदर,गोपाल - basically masculine words ending with the vowel sound अ - so this is called an अकारान्त पुंलिङ्ग शब्दः .
It would be awesome if you all can select one of the above words, and create your own Vibhakti table (Sabdah),for the first four Vibhaktis , as a fun exercise and share it with the rest of us on Thursday.
Have a great day.
Regards
Annapurna
