Sangam font to Sanskrit 2003 conversion

I have a large text typed in Sangam devanagari font. Is there any way to convert this to Sanskrit 2003 or Siddhanta unicode font?

The excellent site http://learnsanskrit.org/tools/sanscript provides a machine which will convert between many Indic scripts, as well as several transliterations, including HK, IAST, and ITrans.
