अस्माभिः बहुषु श्लोकेषु पूर्वरूपसन्धिः द्रष्टम् |

उदा:

नमोऽस्तु ते व्यास विशालबुद्धे फुल्लारविन्दायतपत्रनेत्र ।

अथवा

नमस्तेऽस्तु महामाये श्रीपीठे सुरपूजिते ।

किन्तु श्रीरुद्रप्रश्ने एवं न भवति | किमर्थं एवमिति यः कोऽपि कृपया स्पष्टीकरोतु |

उदा:

नम॑स्ते अस्तु॒ धन्व॑ने बा॒हुभ्या॑मु॒त ते॒ नम॑: । -  || प्रथम अनुवाकः ||

अथवा

विश्वा॒ भुव॑ना वि॒वेश॒ तस्मै॑ रु॒द्राय॒ नमो॑ अस्तु । - || एकादश अनुवाकः ||

आर्षप्रयोगेन एतौ श्लोकौ सिद्धौ अत 'ए िङ् पदान्तादचि' सूत्रं न प्रयुक्तं | आर्षप्रयोगेन कदाचन परस्मैपदीधातुषु आत्मनिपदीप्रयोजनं अपि भवति |

1. It is because there are 2 anuvAkAs , 1st & 11th termed as  अलोप अनुवाकं where this wont occur

2. The next portion an addition of rudra prasna starting from trayambakam yajaamahe will also witness the same scenario

3. Rudra namaskAra mantra sooktam will also witness the same scenario.

 4. There are roughly  about 90  अलोप अनुवाकंs in entire krishna yajur veda

5. . Certain anuvakaas are termed as  नलोप अनुवाकं where sandhi must happen 

Paanini or any grammarians cannot formulate an uniform sootram for these type of peculiarities.

so we need to coin sUtram ourselves and proceed with sandhi or without sandhi terming them as Arsha prayogam and carry on the bounty handed over to us.

Actually, from a mathematical perspective many of the Paninian sutras can be mapped to various concepts like group action, commutative, non-commutative operations, Lor algebra etc. The fact that the ancient grammarians could not find a consistent way to formulate a sutra for these means these peculiarities cannot be mapped to any mathematical concept that currently exist or perhaps, any human-consrructed mathematical concept that will ever exist. And the fact that these peculiarities appear in Vedas mostly is a sign of it's 'inhuman' origin so to speak.
