कृपया अर्थं लिखतु । तापत्रयम् = आधिभौतिक, आधिदैविक, आध्यात्मिक।

एतेषां तात्पर्यं कः?

आधिभौतिक – suddenly an ice lays down the earth in the night. In the mourning you drive your car with no winter tires, so that one of the road-poles kisses your car while you making a high-speed-turn. 
आधिदैविक – you cut a cabbage, and at the time the evil spirit nudges your hand, you make a finger-cut.
आध्यात्मिक – being mad, you imagine some things important for you, ant then whole life "follow the white rabbit" restlessly.

उपसंहरामि–
आधिभौतिकः – बाह्यः दृष्टः  हेतुः यस्य, स तथा
आधिदैविकः – अदृष्टः हेतुः यस्य, स तथा
आध्यात्मिकः – आभ्यान्तरः स्व–मानसः हेतुः यस्य, स तथा

इति एतत् मम मतः।

Vriddhi from अधि। अस्य सामान्यः अर्थः। यथा, उपरिभाग इत्यादि।
अधिभूत – > आधिभौतिक etc.

आधि means mind. There is an आधिव्यादिहर आञ्जनेय temple in Chennai which people believe relieves one of mental afflictions.

One hopes that Anjaneya is आदिव्याधिहर (=मूलबाधाहर), not आधिव्यादिहर.
Then again, given that the shloka says that Hanuman's स्मरणम् gives वाक्पटुत्वम् as well, he may well be आधिव्यादिहर as well on account of taking away apashabda's! :)

 इदं ब्रह्मकरं स्तोत्रं सर्वपापप्रनाशनम्। सर्वकामप्रदं नृणां सर्वोपद्रवनाशनम्॥ कारागृहगतानां च मोचनं दिनसप्तकात्। आधिव्याधिहरं चैव भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदं शुभम्॥

 आधिव्याधिहरं नृणां मृत्युदारिद्र्य नाशनम्।

Counting apashabda-s (spelling errors) it could mean anythng, as Hanuman himself is professor of nine Vyakarana-s. सर्वे सर्वार्थवाचकाः is the maxim for Yogins like Hanuman. आदिव्याधि or आदिव्यादि or आधिव्यादि अदिव्याधि  and so many more combinations. I had given only the meaning for the आधिशब्दः, and in compound, आधिव्याधि which means both mental wories (or pains) and physical pains both of which are considered as आधिभौतिकं दुःखम् - शारीरं मानसं च इति द्विविधम् according to वाग्भट. which is the main question.

आधिभौतिकं, त्रि, (अधिभूत + ठञ् । अनुशति-

कादीनां चेत्युभयपदवृद्धिः ।) दुःखविशेषः । यथा ।

“वाह्योपायसाध्यं दुःखं द्वेधा । आधिभौतिकं आ-

धिदैविकञ्च । तत्राधिभौतिकं मानुषपशुमृगप-

क्षिसरीसृपस्थावरनिमित्तं” ।  “आधिदैविकं यक्षराक्षसविनायकग्र-

हाद्यावेशनिबन्धनं” । इति साङ्ख्यसत्त्वकौमुदी ॥

शारीरं वात-

पित्तंश्लेष्मणाम् वैषम्यनिमित्तं, मानसं कामक्रोधलोभ-

मोहभयेर्ष्याविषादविषयविशेषादर्शननिबन्धनम् । सर्वं चैत-

दान्तरोपायसाध्यत्वादाध्यात्मिकं दुःखम् । 

“तच्च दुःखं त्रिविधमाध्यात्मिकमाधिभौतिकमाधिदैविक-

मिति, पुनश्च द्विविधाः शारीरा मानसाश्च त एत आध्यात्मिकाः ॥

“तत्तु सप्तविधे ब्याधावुपनिपतति” ।

इति सुश्रुतः|

त्रिविधान्यपिदुःखानि तापकरत्वात् तापा इत्युच्यन्ते, तापानां त्रयं - तापत्रयमिति तापत्रयशब्दार्थश्च यथोक्तं वाचस्पत्ये ---

तापत्रय¦ न० ६ त० । आध्यात्मिकाधिदैविकाधिभौतिकरूपे दुः

खत्रये ।

 “आध्यात्मिकादि मैत्रेय! ज्ञात्वा तापत्रयं बुधः ।

उत्पन्नज्ञानवैराग्यः प्राप्नोत्यात्यन्तिकं फलम्” विष्णुपु० ।

Sorry for the lengthy message, though it was asked the तात्पर्य of the statement in the first question and आधिशब्दार्थः in the second.

But none for the अपशब्द-s listed for the phrase आधिव्याधि, for which usages are given in addition.

गीतायां अष्टमे अध्याये प्रथमे श्लोके एव अर्जुनेन पृष्टम् - अधिभूतं च किं प्रोक्तम् ? अधिदैवं किमुच्यते ?

श्रीभगवानुवाच (चतुर्थे श्लोके) - अधिभूतं क्षरो भावः पुरुषश्चाधिदैवतम् |

अर्जुनस्य प्रश्नयोः अधि-इत्येव उपसर्गः | भगवतः उत्तरयोरपि यदि चाधिदैवतम् = च + अधिदैवतम् |
