Source of the Subhashitam

Can anyone please tell me the source of this subhashitam?

तर्कोऽप्रतिष्ठः श्रुतयॊ विभिन्नाः
नैको मुनिर्यस्य वचः प्रमाणम् ।
धर्मस्य तत्वं निहितं गुहायाम्
महाजनो येन गतः स पन्थाः ॥

and,

अमॆधसॊ हि श्रीरनर्थायैव

This verse is quoted by Cowell in his preface to Sarvadarsanasangraha. He sources it as as being said by Yudhishthira in the Mahabharata iii. 17402. His version is a bit different -

वेदा विभिन्नाः स्मृतयो विभिन्ना
नासौ मुनिर्यस्य मतं न भिन्नम् |
धर्मस्य तत्त्वं निहितं गुहायां

महाजनो येन गतः स पन्थाः ||
