Rudradhyaya word by word etymology

Respected Scholars, 

I am trying to study the meaning of Rudradhyaya verses, word by word. 

Some transitions give meanings, but if there is an etymological explanation, it would be useful I felt.

If  there is some resource. I shall be grateful for the link, please.

May be, it would be necessary to study the रुद्रभष्यम् by सायणाचार्य, अभिनव शंकर and by भट्ट भास्कर.
