The source of some shlokas required

Respected scholars,

Namaskar.

I wish to know the source of the following shlokas.

आकाशात्पतितं तोयं यथा गच्छति सागरम् ।
सर्वदेवनमस्कारः केशवं प्रति गच्छति ॥
प्रमादात्कुर्वतां कर्म प्रच्यवेताध्वरेषु यत् ।
स्मरणादेव तद्विष्णोः सम्पूर्णं स्यादिति श्रुतिः ॥

अपवित्रः पवित्रो वा सर्वावस्थां गतोऽपि वा ।
यः स्मरेत् पुण्डरीकाक्षं सः बाह्याभ्यन्तरः शुचिः ॥

मानसं वाचिकं पापं कर्मणा समुपार्जितम् ।
श्रीरामस्मरणेनैव व्यपोहति न संशयः ॥

By a quick web search I found this:

(oṁ) apavitraḥ pavitro vā sarvāvasthāṁ gato ’pi vā
yaḥ smaret puṇḍarīkākṣaṁ sa bāhyābhyantaraḥ śuciḥ

"Whether pure or impure, or having passed through all conditions of material life, one who remembers lotus-eyed Kṛṣṇa becomes externally and internally clean." [Garuḍa Purāṇa]  

I found the other one too, as a quote, but so far have not seen the source.
