Here is the meaning of स्वधा-
Apte-
स्वधा [स्वद्-आ-पृषो˚ दस्य धः] 1 One's own nature or determination, spontaneity. -2 One's own will or plea- sure. -3 The oblation of food offered to the Pitṛis or Manes of deceased ancestors; स्वधासंग्रहतत्पराः R.1.66; Ms.9.142; Y.1.12. -4 The food offered to the Manes personified. -5 Food or oblation in general. -6 One's own portion or share. -7 A Śrāddha or funeral ceremony; Ms.2.142. -8 N. of Māyā or illusion. ind. An exclamation uttered on offering an oblation to the Manes (with dat.); पितृभ्यः स्वधा Sk. 

SKD- स्वधा, व्य, (स्वद्यतेऽनेनेति । स्वद आस्वादने + 
आ । “स्वदेर्धश्च ।” इति दस्य धः । इत्युणादि-वृत्तौ उज्ज्वलदत्तः ।) देवहविर्दानमन्त्रः । ...पितृसम्प्रदानमन्त्रः  । ...पितॄणामन्नम् ....

स्वधा¦ अव्य० स्वद--आ पुषो० दस्य धः । १ पितृदेवोद्देशेप्रहविस्त्यागे अमरः । स्वेन धयति धै--क आप् । ....

देवताभ्य: पितृभ्यश्च महा योगिभ्य एव च ।

नम:स्वधायै स्वाहायै नित्यमेव नमो नम: ॥

nama, svadha and svaha are the proper form of respect applicable respectively to devatas, pitris and mahayogis.

Hi Divya Sthali,

नासदीय सूक्तम् (ॠग्वेद, १०:१२९) mentions this word in the following मंत्र:

न मृत्युरासीदमृतं न तर्हि न रात्र्या अह्न आसीत्प्रकेत: ।
आनीदवातं स्वधया तदेकं तस्माद्धान्यन्न पर: किं च नास ॥२॥

According to our teacher, स्वधा here implies autonomy, own will, and spontaneity (since the known dualities such as death and immortality, day and night, and even air to breathe also did not exist).
