Which is correct usage:

अहं ब्रह्मास्मीत्युक्तं तापसेन

अहं ब्रह्मास्मीत्युक्तः तापसेन

अहं ब्रह्मास्मीत्युक्तं वचनम् तापसेन ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्मीत्युक्तः पुरुषः   तापसेन ॥
Both are correct, according to me.

अहं ब्रह्मास्मीत्युक्तः पुरुषः   तापसेन ॥ does not appeal to be correct, because it creates quite some confusion of who is saying what, about whom.
अहं ब्रह्मास्मीत्युक्तं तापसेन । is fairly straightforward. 
I would prefer योगिना in place of तापसेन.
