I put Devanagari unicode font in Adobe Photoshop CS5 or Adobe Flash CS3 but it is shown improperly.

If someone knows how to fix this, please help.

There is a script to do so. I used that. But, as I'm on 5.5, so I don't need.
Please, do a search for that script.

I had the same problem while trying to use unicode Sanskrit text in Corel Draw. I'm not sure if it would have been caused by the same thing but you are welcome to contact me for more details. We did solve it in the end and can now import and use Devanagari in Corel.

I am just curious to know what advantages Corel draw has over the latex and graphviz.
Both latex and graphviz are freely available and they support Devanagari, and good facilities for drawing various types of diagrams.

Thanks for these inputs. I also prefer to use opensource software where possible. In my own case the only expertise we had at that time was in Corel and as we also had access to a laptop with Corel installed we used that.  However, the publishing company I run, Rasala, uses Latex (actually Xetex) to lay out - but that requires the services of a hired specialist as Latex is not in my experience that easy for the novice to use.

I'd be interested to hear more about graphviz, I haven't heard of it before.  In fact a group of Sanskrit enthusiasts are trying to lay out several children's books (Sanskrit translations of Pratham Books' books) and would like to use opensource software so further information on this would be much appreciated.
