sanskrit alphabets meaning

Does anyone here know the root meanings of each alphabet in Sanskrit ?

I am not looking for the root words, but the meanings of each vowel and consonant.

Is there any information how lord shiva decided on the alphabets ?

What format, what script... do your want for your 'Sanskrit'?

A simple search for Ekakshara Kosha comes up with this downloadable Devanagari PDF:

Without taking the trouble to convert it into a Latin script, I can't comment on the content.
