For Kausalya he is Raama, for Dasaratha he is Ramabhadra, for his brothers he is Ramachandra, for people of ayodhya he is Raghunaatha & of course for seetha he is naatha. To that Rama I bow down.

This was the meaning given in one of RK Mutt's book.

I am interested in the actual meaning of the sloka word by word.

I don't think there is any other meaning than the salutation to Rama, the lord (नाथ), called by these names. Otherwise the above translation is correct as it correctly relates by that Rama I bow.

The lord of Raghu's, and who is lord to the devotees, and husband of Sita. Here is the similar explanation.

I don't under understand what do you mean by "actual" meaning? All are the names of Srirama.

Though all are different names of Rama, where from the poet connects each name with kausalya, dasaratha,ayodhya etc was my doubt.

This was what I meant by "actual"meaning.

वेदः प्राचेतसाऽदासीत् साक्षाद् रामायणात्मना ।।

तस्माद्रामायणं देवि! वेदः एव न संशयः॥ इति अगस्त्यसंहिता।

रामश्चासौ भद्रश्च। "श्वःश्रेयसं शिवं भद्रं कल्याणं मङ्गलं शुभम् ( १. ४. ३०४) " इत्यमरः।

मङ्गलाकारश्च, शुभकारकः। अथवा, भद्रमस्यास्ति इति भद्रः। कल्यानवान्, मोक्षदायकः इत्यर्थः।

What Chhand would this be? This is a popular chhand in Gujarati Folk Poetry, and connection with classic Sanskrit literature intrigued me.
