Welcome to a huge celebration of stories. One in your mother tongue ✨

Freedom to Read: One World, Many Languages is now LIVE!🚨
This is a global reading campaign organised by Pratham Books' StoryWeaver to celebrate its 10 years on the occasion of International Mother Language Day.

From now until 21st February, we are inviting every Reading Champion around the world to read aloud stories from StoryWeaver to children in their home language, so that together we can create a world where every child can listen to a story in their mother tongue.

Join thousands worldwide as a Freedom to Read Champion and get reading now!

What to do:
Register as a Freedom to Read Champion → Choose a story in your mother tongue on StoryWeaver → Read aloud to children in your community → Share photos or videos with us here, via email, or on social media using #FreedomToRead and tagging @PBStoryWeaver

What’s in it for you:
Your work with children and your mother tongue will be showcased across our platforms, and you’ll receive a digital certificate after completing your sessions.

Let’s share the joy of reading in mother tongues with every child in the world! ✨
