What is the spelling in sanskrit for the word uthrani used with panca paatram?
I am unable to get the meaning of the word uthrani in dictionary...
Also is there a word Rudrani in sanskrit to denote uthrani?
some say it was orginally rudrani  that is why the uthrani is in the form of snake , meaning if water is taken then the poison becomes nectar..

Exactly correct meaing. उद्धरणीय  means thing to be extracted. But it doesn't mean the utensil by which something extracted.

It is उद्धारणी not a correct Sanskrit word.
It would  mean the uplifter and not the instrument to take out something from another vessel.
In Sanskrit it should be उद्धारिणी like पतितोद्धारिणि जाह्नवि गङ्गे खण्डित गिरिवरमण्डितभङ्गे
Gangastotra by Sri Shankara.

Its a real thing

There is a famous Karnataka music song that calls God (Krishna I think) - jagadoddharana.

So uddharani (female gender) seems correct (may be the long a was shortened by poeople who don't know Sanskrit).

 उद्धरणी उद्ध्रियतेऽनया इति  करणाधिकरणयोश्च इति करणे ल्युट्।
is correct according to grammar meaning "the instrument by which something taken out of the larger vessel.

उद्धारिणी like पतितोद्धारिणि जाह्नवि गङ्गे खण्डित गिरिवरमण्डितभङ्गे Gangastotra by Sri Shankara is the agent lifting up some other.

jagadoddharana is a kannada word meaning the uplifter of the world in the accusative and has nothing in common to उद्धरणी in feminine gender.

It is two tatsama words ಜಗದ+ಉದ್ಧಾರನ and not one tatsama word. Do you know Kannada language?

Maybe you already got answer to your question. Uddharani has no relation to Rudrani. “Rudrani” simply means the consort of Rudra. Indrani is Indra’s wife, Bhavani is Bhava’s wife & so on.
