How to type in संस्कृतम् in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel

I was using Google Inputs Windows application to type संस्कृतम्  (in Devanagari script) in Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
Google withdrew support for Google Inputs Windows application and it is no longer available for typing offline. Kindly advise what tools are available for typing संस्कृतम् offline in Microsoft Word or Excel.

Check the installer for windows. it gives a very phonetic keyboard layout and much easier to type.

Go to you tube.
Check how to add hindi /Samskrit by google input language.

I have managed to do it for Gujarati, Marathi, Samskrit devnagri doesn't work well.
Samskrit google input works very well.

Hi, Based on title of query I had reverted to use Google inputs. It is still working for me.

Anop Hindi Typing Tutor does not require Internet access in any case. So user can enjoy happy Hindi typing fully off-line.

Dear Sir,

I have been using Baraha (www.baraha.com) commercial software. It is an excellent software. With this, we can type Devanagiri/Telugu/Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam and other Indian languages directly into microsoft products like Word,excel, power point, etc. and even in notepad.
