नाच्छादयति कौपीनं न दंशमशकापहम्।
शुनः पुच्छमिव व्यर्थं पाण्डित्यं धर्मवर्जितम्॥

Possessing all other wisdom except moral code of conduct is meaningless like the tail of a dog which neither hides his privy parts nor wards off the biting gadflies.
