Translation of a verse

दरिद्रे वा क्षुद्रे गिरिवरसुते यत्र मनुजे सुधापूराधारस्तव शुभकटाक्षो निपतति । बहिर्द्वारप्रान्तद्विरदमदगन्धस्स भवति प्रिये कामारातेर्ननु कनकदुर्गे भगवति ॥

Hi,

I am unable to find translation of this verse anywhere.. can some one translate the red Colored text of this verse... (I will be happy if it's vigraha is said!)

I’m no scholar, but if it’s not presumptuous on my part, here’s what I got out of it. 

Kamarate: priye - beloved of the enemy of Kama!

Your kind look, when it falls on poor and hungry, he (who receives your graceful look) becomes strong and powerful like an intoxicated elephant in the open ground. 

That is, with uncontrollable prowess. 

dvirada - one with 2 teeth or tusks - elephant

madagandha - intoxicating drink

दरिद्रे वा क्षुद्रे गिरिवरसुते यत्र मनुजे सुधापूराधारस्तव शुभकटाक्षो निपतति । बहिर्द्वारप्रान्तद्विरदमदगन्धस्स भवति प्रिये कामारातेर्ननु कनकदुर्गे भगवति ॥

गिरिवरसुते, काम आराते: प्रिये, कनकदुर्गे, भगवति, सुधा पूर आधार: तव शुभ कटाक्ष: यदि दरिद्रे वा क्षुद्रे निपतति, स: बहि: द्वार प्रान्त मदगन्घ द्विरद: ननु भवति।

I have only done literal translation. Please correct me if there are errors.
