About pronunciation of visarga

75 years ago, in school,  our Sanskrit teacher quoted the following while teaching how to pronounce the visarga:

यथा बालस्य सर्पस्य

नि:श्वासो लघुचेतस:

एवमूष्मा प्रयोक्तव्या

हकारपरिवर्जिता।
