1. If yes please visit EastBayExpress.com/ballot to cast your votes for "Best Comedian". All voting must be cast by midnight, Thursday, June 27. Only one ballot per person. Valid ballots must have legitimate votes in at least 10 categories. Participants may submit comments about any winner – the best of which will be complied and published in the Best of the East Bay issue, July 17th.
