Is there a known database for pathogenic microbial organisms (Bacteria and Viruses)?

Hi everyone,

I am very new in the microbiome research field. I've got my results from Samsa2 and at this point, I would like to know if there is a database that I could retrieve information about pathogenic microbial organisms. My aim is to narrow down my list and do further investigations on interesting candidates. 

I couldn't find a better forum to ask this question. Thank you in advance.
