I'm running the test_of_master_script_tiny.bash on our cluster and everything went smoothly until Diamond, when I get the following error:

Now starting on DIAMOND org annotations at:

Now starting on  /scratch/users/kpeay/samsa2/output_test/step_3_output_test/control_1_TINY.ribodepleted.fastq

Converting to  /scratch/users/kpeay/samsa2/output_test/step_3_output_test/control_1_TINY.RefSeq_annotated

I've been doing a little digging but am not quite clear if this is an issue with Diamond or a setting I can change locally.
Thanks!

Never mind - figured out that this was just a problem related to the log-in node environment I was running the commands from on our cluster.
