Hello everybody,

I have a doubt concerning the aggregation step of the pipeline, the one that produces a 3-column table. I looked at some previous questions and found some similar to mine, although none of them were exactly what I was looking for.

Is it possible to end up with the RefSeq IDs in the 3rd column of this table, instead of/in addition to the annotated function? Because I would like to perform other analysis thereafter and would benefit from unique IDs, not having duplicated or general annotations, such as "hypotetical proteins".

Thank you for your attention!
