Getting a normalized table after aggregation

After aggregating my files, I have conducted an analysis using DESeq2. However, I am facing difficulty in obtaining the normalized table. I am looking for guidance on how to obtain normalized data in the form of a table for each sample from DESeq2 analysis conducted on aggregated files. Can someone please help me with this issue?
