PHNOM PENH -- Some Cambodia-based scam operations are buying and using easier-to-operate malware to steal data from unsuspecting victims, cybersecurity researchers say in a new report, warning that the trend could push cybercrime "out of control" as even those without advanced IT knowledge can plunder data like a hacker.
