I am deeply touched by this sad news. Among these victims, only the Family of Bong Thach Setha which I know.
I am ready to send my personal contribution directly to the HQ of Samrainsy Party, in Phnom Penh for  the family of Bong Thach Setha (Founding member of the SRP). I will also check with  Moronak Sankruos SRP Fondadtion.

On this joyous Khmer Rat New Year occasion, many families in Russey Keo district (Phnom Penh) are victims of the largest fire of 2008. I do not know many of those victims.
 
However, one SRP family I know is the Thach Setha's. His home is amongst the news-reported homes ablazed on Friday in Cambodia. All of these homes and their owners lost everything.
 
What should we do for them? What can we do for them? What kind of relief can we deliver to them in these times of critical need?
 
Who should lead the relief?
 
Personally I plan to contribute what I can to this one family (The Thach), one of our own. I am not capable to help all the hundreds of home owners.
