Fwd: Intimation of Sampoorna Avenue Painting in early 2021

Dear Sampoorna Avenue Residents,

Our Sampoorna Avenue building has not been repainted for a long time. Over the last couple of years, there have been multiple discussions on this. However there was never any conclusion on the same.

Based on the SARWA meeting held on 19 December 2020 and attended by the following members:

- Kiran Kumar (#101)

- Bineshkumar K (#202)

- Ayan Nath (#205)

- Ravi M (#301 & #401)

- Ajay Kumar (#302)

- V Babu (#404)

it was unanimously decided that the building painting should be commenced in March/April 2021 so that it can be completed before the monsoon starts and would cost a minimum of Rs. 7 Lakhs irrespective of the painting contractor. 

Hence it was agreed that we start collecting an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month from January 2021 for 3 months from 25 units in our apartment (as was done earlier during the construction of the basement drainage). This will be collected monthly from 15 January 2021 onwards.

In the meantime the painting quote and contractor can be finalised. In case there is a shortfall in the amount collected vs. the painting quotation, then the tenure of collecting Rs.10,000/- would be extended beyond March 2021.

Seek all residents/owners cooperation and support in taking this forward and getting the building painting done in the stipulated time.

The hardcopy of this letter will be sent out shortly. Request all non-resident owners to convey this information to tenants in their respective flats, so that they are aware of this decision.
