Hi all,

Just went through the links Kiran sent. Honestly, it gives a rude shock. How many of us approached our builder for OC (I did not) and what were the responses? Obviously none of us have got OC. Personally, we were not very clear of the docs to be collected when we joined in 2010 but how could 20 sets of people have missed insisting on the OC?

Hi Binesh,
I approached for OC in the past ,the message I got from builder that as this building having too many deviation. So hopefully BBMP will not provide us .let hope for the best and start building the pressure on builder.
