1. Collection of Corpus Fund still pending from few owners
It was decided to contact the 4-5 non-resident owners who are yet to pay the corpus-fund replenishment of Rs. 20,000/-.
Request those who are pending to pay up this amount latest by mid-June 2018.
2. Gym Room keys
Currently the Apartment Complex has 3 keys for the gym room.
It was agreed that 3 more duplicate keys would be made. After this 1 key would be handed 1 resident on each floor & 1 key would be kept with security. Members requiring the key can contact the person holding the key on their respective floors.
In case the person holding the key is planning to go out-of-station or away for long duration, kindly hand over to another resident on the same floor & inform the same to other members so that people are not inconvenienced.
3. Bore-well protection
Proposed & agreed to build a one-two level brick wall around the bore-well to ensure the channel water does not mix into the bore. To be taken up on priority.
4. Painting of building
It was proposed to get budget estimates and present to all building members for decision regarding activity to be taken up.
5. Bird netting of ducts
Proposed to get an estimate for anti-bird meshing of apartment ducts. Firstly get the ducts cleared followed by putting anti-birds mesh on the terrace around the ducts to prevent birds establishing nest in the ducts, also as it’s a hygiene hazard.
6. Car parking of builder’s vehicles on the ground floor
Decision taken to speak with the builder and ensure enough place is available to access the generator & electrical panels. Earlier alignment was that 2 cars would be parked. However, regularly 3-4 cars are seen parked.
7. Clearance of area around the electrical panels
During last meeting, builder had promised to get the area around the electrical panel cleared. Not yet done. It was decided by all present to speak again with the builder on the same.
8. Rotation of SARWA Association members
Proposed change of members holding various posts. However no decision could be reached at this point.
