Estimation Received for Basement Repair

Hi All,

Received an estimation from a contractor for basement repair works, it has exceeded our corpus fund.

Builder is NOT ready support us. Can we meet on Sunday 22nd Nov, 2.30pm to discuss and to take further steps.

There is no response from other residents in this community as usual. Why? we all have paid our hard money to buy the Flats Right?

All are silently  bearing the inconveniences in the building. M C Builder has commercial establishments here, enjoying huge rentals and left all the problems to residents. He should be thinking that he has donated these flats to all of us.

Basement water seepage is a major issue from the beginning.No one questions. No apartment has  this kind worst basement as I know. Not enough has care taken to arrest water seepage to the basement.

Did not provide any basic amenities like security(Cabin) provision in the building, 

This building is not complaint as per recent govt. electrical inspection notice. No earthing/grounding done for the building, 

No permission for Lift and Generator, we need to pay huge fine to govt. or they may disconnect power supply for the non compliance.

Many deviations from the approved building plan. Entry to basement car parking is besides bank and clear space should  round the building in the ground floor for the entry and exit, Surprised to know that, even the compound wall opposite to Syndicate bank is not belong to the building, 

Please understand no one from outside would come and resolve our problems. We need to discuss and find solutions among ourselves.

Request every one join the meetings. Unless we put constant pressure on builder nothing will work.

I agree with you Kiran ,Every one has to come forward for all the problems. AS no one is taking interest ,builder is  taking the advantage of that .

I would request all the Sampoorna residents to come forward and build pressure on Builder or else ready to expand huge money .
