Dear All,

As we are not using GYM,equipment getting spoiled. It has been discussed to sell the 4 station Multi Gym unit and 2 cycles. We will utilize this for recreation/functions purpose.

Please let us know if any one has other thoughts.

Ya, I too feel, the two cycles and two treadmills can be retained.

Even a normal biking or walking on treadmill seems to cause a lot of noise in the apartment below. That was the reason why the room was being locked I guess.

The pedals can be fixed and we can place rubber mats below the treadmill & cycles to avoid the noise(if any).

We can circulate the notice through security to get opinion from the residents

Dear All,
This is a long running concern from my end too. This, not only creates noise but also causing damage to the roof. As already suggested, if we really need a gym, then we should shift that to somewhere in ground floor. My kind request to all flat owners to cooperate on this please.
