HI All,

Please find that we have discussed below during the SARWA monthly meeting on 6th March.

- Renewal of Association registration -  Binesh to meet Advocate on 8th March.

- Change of office bearers for Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. New office bearers names will be announced soon.

- Discontinue monthly arrangement of Plumber, may call him for any repair  as we did not find much use of employing him monthly. Contact numbers to provide in the notice board.

-Pursue further with the builder to provide original documents, including Lift licence to complete Electrical compliance( Association has paid Rs.20,000/- + Inspection fee  DD of Rs.3,999/-). and remind on basement water seepage issue.

 - Decided to meet Dhananjaya Reddy again at his residence on Wednesday morning 8.00 am.

 Request all residents to join to meet the builder to pursue for pending issues resolution.

As we discussed and decided renew our association during last monthly meeting, find EC to renew to operate from next financial year starting from 

1st April,2016. 

We can always discuss if any one has any concerns for the below.
