Fwd: Intimation of Building Painting in early 2021

Dear Resident & Non-Resident Owners,

Our Sampoorna Avenue building has not been painted for a long time. Over the last couple of years, there have been multiple discussions on this. However there was never any conclusion on the same.

Finally, there was a proposal wherein Mr. Thirupal Reddy would help provide the quote for the complete painting (incl. labour charges) along with when it can be started. Once the tentative quote is available we can finalise the cost per flat and ways to get it collected over the next few months. (This proposal was agreed by most resident owners of Sampoorna Avenue).

Building painting would include:

- Retaining the current colour combination

- Good quality paint to be used

- Crack filling (exterior, sajjas & common areas)

- Complete exterior painting with weather proof paint

- Common area painting

- All railings (staircase & common areas)

- Basement painting

- Painting/Polishing of the outside of the apartment windows

In case of any concerns, do get back at the earliest. We will proceed with the decision of the majority of the owners.
