I have to say "When You're Down" was my favourite song from the
recording sessions that became "Don't Do Anything" and I was truly sad
when it wasn't included in the disc. It's beyond wonderful Sam is
giving us all this amazing music. It's like Christmas every few weeks.
I'm really looking forward to the Christmas e.p. I can't wait to hear
what treasures Joe Henry and Sam have been working on.
Also for those of you who love to hear Sam talk as most of us do, she
did a wonderful interview with DJ Eric Cocks for WPKN Bridgeport/New
Haven on November 13th that can be heard online @

Joe will be part of The Section Quartet's semi-regular performance/holiday show next month, along with Sam. I wonder if they might do something together. Wouldn't that be interesting. For those of you in So. Cal. the first of December, do not miss The Section Quartet's Holiday Show at Largo. It is always a fun show.
