Xcode Treasures Now Available

Not quite. They approve certain ones just fine (the Atari Arcade collection, for instance, Activision one, the NAMCO ones that used to be available, the Lost Treasures of Infocom ...). Atari Arcade is still available, the others have never been updated to 64-bit so they don't work on current versions of iOS.
There is nothing stopping you from compiling your own code and side loading it onto your iOS device though, so as long as the source is available, you can compile it, you have xcode, and a mac, you can compile an emulator and put it on up to 10 (I think) devices you have registered with the developer program as dev machines.
I bought lots of IF on the Atari 800XL, and I bought lost treasures for the amiga and the pc. There is only so many times I am willing to buy the same game again in new packaging. No matter how nice that packaging may be.
There are two categories: Treasures and Special Foods. The treasures are most useful by being sold at the Pawn Shop. There is one option to give a treasure item to a Mii to ask another Mii out with, which can be amusing.
As an example, suppose that ten spawn points are available but only five must be chosen. The probability of the first item being chosen will be 5 / 10 or 0.5. If it is chosen then the probability for the second item will be 4 / 9 or 0.44 (ie, four items still needed, nine left to choose from). However, if the first was not chosen then the probability for the second will be 5 / 9 or 0.56 (ie, five still needed, nine left to choose from). This continues until the set contains the five items required. You could accomplish this in code as follows:-
Most of the problems you face are really engineering ones. Yaksas are guardians of secrets and treasures underground, and they are building vast networks of tunnels to create all the real estate they need. Lanka can spread out underground under the ocean. Geothermal energy can provide all the power they need to operate vast hydroponic farms underground, and the air is circulated with the plants to renew the oxygen supply. Hydroponic algae is fed mostly to insects (meat) which form the basis of the local food production. Elites can eat fancier, but this gets you abundant cheap meat and lots of real estate.
