Fwd: court orders against Unitech builders

Dear Friends,

These are the three judgement by NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION New Delhi in 2015 

 1)Irrespective of what has been put in agreement consumers are entitled  to interest on the money given to builder @ 18% for  late delivery.

2)Builder need to pay from date of completion as given in agreement till final possession.

 

The builder has appealed in Supreme court & the judgment is expected in next three or four months, most probably in favor of the 

buyers.
