Update from builder

Hi All,

Thought of sharing an update from the builder. I got a below update on my enquiry. 

"we are expecting the Occupancy certificate within few weeks and we will initiate possession in the project Accordingly."

Looks much positivity in the statement.

Hi Vinay,

Just called them on Friday and I was given information - Occupancy is expected somewhere Mid October for Sampada :(.. so don't really sure what is their definition of Few Weeks here !!!

I talked to them today and they said they are expecting OC by end of this year . I think by next Diwali we will get possesion :(. 

I think we should send collective mail to build up the pressure .

I have visited the site yesterday ..no progress as such..Only get is ready with raheja navodya name...normally we should use RTI and check with HUDA when they will provide OC to Raheja..( not sure how to use RTI )

I tried that last year but i they routed  RTI to other depatment but no reply  than i left following up .

Yes I went inside ... All ready as such ..they are developing campus.. work in progress very slow..

RTI we should take help from some expert??

Thanks Dhiraj. I think that now even builder is willing to get OC so that he can squeeze out more money from us during possesion . 

Delay might be because of govt. authority hurdle like water, electricity  so i left it in between .

I think Builder is just fooling us. In Feb 2015, they said they will get OC in between April or May time, now they are giving different dates to diff. inquiry.  I believe they had applied the OC Mid last year and govt. have certain criteria  for to provide the OC where they visit the site twice or thrice to see the whether that area is livable or not and some more criteria.  Thanks Dhiraj for filing the RTI. Hopefully this time we get the actual details.
