Ladies and Gentlemen:

This is a friendly reminder that registration for the Wednesday, October 14^th SAME San Diego Post Luncheon closes this Friday, October 9^th at 5:00 PM. 

This month, SAME welcomes Jason Ashman, the Navy's Coastal Campus Program Manager, to present the current construction and future planning efforts associated with the Naval Base Coronado Coastal Campus program.

Summary:

Naval Base Coronado - Coastal Campus:

In support of the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) mission on the west coast, Coastal Campus provides primacy, privacy, and proximity for NSW operating forces through phased development of approximately 1.5 million SF of new facilities as well as supporting utilities and transportation infrastructure over the next decade on the Silver Strand Training Complex.  This campus-style development strikes a unique balance between functional design, environmental stewardship, resource efficiency, and security in order to support NSW operational, logistical, training, and administrative mission requirements.

Coastal Campus construction is underway! Join the SAME San Diego Post October 14^th for a presentation of current and future projects to learn more!
