I installed the binary file.
I got through these steps.
wget http://test-gn2.genenetwork.org/ipfs/QmakasNfZhdbPA3xJYNxNX7at5FtYnS4hUNnvDbzxhZf2J/hb13hjys1064jmb6z17yc1f822hv9zsz-sambamba-0.6.7-pre1-7cff065-x86_64.tar.bz2
mkdir ~/tmp
tar xvjf hb13hjys1064jmb6z17yc1f822hv9zsz-sambamba-0.6.7-pre1-7cff065-x86_64.tar.bz2
./install.sh ~/sambamba-test

Now, I am trying to complete this step. However, it says there is no such file or directory. I looked and I see no bin folder inside of my sambamba-test test folder. Where can I find the bin folder that is supposed to be here?
~/sambamba-test/bin/sambamba

Also looking at the output of https://gitlab.com/pjotrp/gnu-install-bin/issues/1, it looks like you are using an older install there. I updated the instructions on

  https://github.com/biod/sambamba#binary-installation

please try installing sambamba 0.6.7-pre1 using those instructions.

If it is not working paste the output of

        install.sh ~/sambamba-install -v -d -d --force

here.

Sorry for any trouble.
