Minor release from the master branch

* Adding ability to provide bed file for sambamba slice (#307) by Brett T. Hannigan
* Adding ability to slice multiple regions at once by Brett T. Hannigan
* markdup: use uint type for read scores; fixes #137
The binary is statically linked, built from my GNU Guix build chain. Please
test.
I dropped macOS binary support, if anyone wants to fix travis or provide
binaries we may release them. But, I think we should leave it to Brew.
