Dear friends of Samavesha:

Unfortunately we are not around to enjoy this but thought we would pass this along for those of you that are in the mood for some lovely Hang sounds and yummy teas and more at the following event.

Enjoy!

You are invited to a very special
live concert on Sunday March 29 from 7:00 pm - 10:00pm.

Held in San Francisco's Om Shan Tea, a rustic urban teahouse located at 233 14th st between Mission & S. Van Ness.
More info and directions: http://www.omshantea.com

Bask in beautiful rhythms and virtuosic harmony as you sip fine teas.

On tour from Europe, we present Manu Delago   playing an acoustic set as Manu Delago Handmade with Isa Kurz and Philipp Moll.
Over 300,000 have been mesmerized by Manu's musicality as one of the world's best Hang players.
For San Francisco, he has gathered a special group of musicians to play original music from his new disk.

You can listen to Manu at:
http://www.ManuDelago.com  and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17ojj7tgrqw
and more about the Hang musical instrument here:

Also joining us will be Sukhawat Ali Khan with Yogi Hendlin, and Michael Davis.
Sukhawat hails from a 500 year lineage of Qawwali Sufi singers and harmonium players.
Yogi Hendlin on drums and accomplished flautist Michael Davis back him up.
