Should we meet to finalise details of program planned by SAMS for UMANG ?

Do we have enough pamphlets for distribution?

Its on 15th August..with a long weekend ahead...how many are vols are free and can make themselves available ?

The danseuse Tejali Kunte had mailed us about her award winning classical dance on the subject of suicide.She wants to be associated with us.

Should we invite her on board ?

What else can we do to make our participation effective and fruitful ?

I spoke this morning to Ms.Shagun, who had come to meet me on Monday 4th.

 

She promised to let us know the final details of the programme, particularly whether our suggestion to have us a full day outreach.

 

In the mean time all of us may check with our respective co-vols which of the days and time each one would spare to join the Fest from 14th to 17th August.

 

We will meet on Monday, if we get any details by tomorrow.
