Dera Sir
A sick person in my neighbourhood at Powai is undergoing psychiatric and
neurological treatment as he met an accident about 2 months ago. His
both sons stay abroad, they visited him and have returned back to USA.
His wife left him about a week ago as she felt that it was not safe for
her to stay with him. Since the man is staying in the flat alone. This
man is totally disturbed and depressed. Other day hit 2 parked cars with
his scooter. Many neighbors are worried that he may harm them. It seems
none of his relatives is interested to take care of him as he fights
with them without any reason.
Can we complaint to police against his wife for deserting him. One of
the neighbour discussed this issue with him, but he is not in favor of
complaining. However all are worried that he may harm them as many times
he behave funny.
Please suggest how to handle this case
