I am forwarding, verbatim, after masking the name of the caller, a
mail received by us.
I think it is self explanatory.
We have to pull out our collective socks.
Even ONE disatisfied caller is BAD.
From the date and time on the mail, it emerges that he called yesterday, Thursday.

No....your helpline isn't working. ...and I called a person....he was
so cold....if you can't help...I'm commiting suicide mmh...maybe.
...after 4 days....I need to say sorry to all....
