Email feedback from caller

I am forwarding, verbatim, after masking the name of the caller, a
mail received by us.
I think it is self explanatory.
We have to pull out our collective socks.
Even ONE disatisfied caller is BAD.
From the date and time on the mail, it emerges that he called yesterday, Thursday.

No....your helpline isn't working. ...and I called a person....he was
so cold....if you can't help...I'm commiting suicide mmh...maybe.
...after 4 days....I need to say sorry to all....

Hello fellas!

I hope this is the last time we face such issues, and we all are back on track soon. One of my acquaintances is a medical grad from jipmer, Pondicherry and was actively involved in raising awareness on mental health camps. He would like to help us out in some way: this is a good sign; and let me know whose contact mail id I should pass on to him for the same.
