Troup with OpenEI

I have been trying for a couple days to download utility rates from
the OpenEI database. It has worked in the past. I have been getting
an error since last Thursday. Is anyone else having that same
problem?

Hello Tim,

There seems to be a problem with the link to the OpenEI database. We
are looking into this and will try to resolve it as soon as we can.
