Hello,

To model one of the concentrating solar power (CSP) systems with no
storage, on the Thermal Energy Storage system page, specify a "Full
Load Hours of TES" value of zero.

SAM's CSP models are designed to model large systems that deliver
thermal energy to a steam turbine for electricity generation. You may
be able to ignore some of the outputs for the type of system you
describe, but we do not have specific guidance for modeling such
systems in SAM.

Please be aware that we will be phasing out this discussion forum
soon, and replacing it with the one on the new SAM website at
http://sam.nrel.gov.

Best regards,
Paul.
