是的，近日中国确实有好几个地方发生类似案件，令人发指！
作为在中国上海生活了正好20年的“老外”，且听听我的感言。
中国的发展全世界有目共睹，而我亲身目睹我在上海居住、活动周边环境的变化，只能用一个字来形容，那就是“快”。时不待我，生活在浩荡人海的地方随着年龄的增长很容易就被淘汰而跟不上节奏甚至时代。我感觉因为这种压力和不可思议的神速创富，代价就是现实的血拼造就了许多富豪、胜利者和一些心态不平衡的失败者。马来西亚全国的人口还没有上海居住人口多（包括外来居民）。那中国13亿人口的概念一般人很难想象有多麽的庞大！如果“有幸”在中国国庆或春节时机去任何一个旅游胜地去游玩时，你才会领悟和恐惧所谓的“人山人海”的威力！
我个人感觉是上一届总理的“人性化”管理方式出现了问题，造酿出目前某些地方这些害群之马的发酵。那年代，我们知道警察和执法官员是抱着小心翼翼、息事宁人和避重就轻的方式来作业；因为人民得罪不起而流氓更是睁一只眼闭一只眼对待。想想，只要13亿人口里有0.1%的坏人就会出现1,300,000个坏人！再加上某些官场的腐败和黑势力的猖獗扩大，这些后遗症逐渐呈现。所幸目前政府强调“法制”和大力“防腐打黑”，苍蝇老虎一起打，深得人心。警察和执法部门从“软”变回“硬而有力”，给许多平民增多了安全感和正义感。通过短短一年的执政，办案和执法之神速也是我亲睹感受到的震撼！我相信，政府的行动会是非常快速打压，这个发酵的过程，也许就是今后健康的痊愈过程？多麽希望大马政府也会有高效执政的一天！
我觉得大家无需被此新闻影响到去桂林旅游的心情与计划。同样的，上海人甚至中国人对马航和沙巴也是心有余悸。君不见来马来西亚旅游的中国人已大幅度减少？难道我们会担心马航而取舍只飞亚洲航空（Air Asia）？难道沙巴真的匪徒如此猖獗随地带枪绑架？其实不然，生活在马来西亚的居民都了解！

Xiao Zhang and I will be travelling to SH on "gao tie" from Beijing on
23/10, join the group and travel to Guilin together. Is it possible
for you to book the flight for the 2 of us so that we can travel with
